SHIPPING METHODS
Orders will be shipped via Australia Post, Fastway

SHIPPING CHARGES

Orders will be shipped as soon as possible, depending on product availability. If a product is not available customers will be notified via email.

DISPATCH TIMES
We will do our best to deliver your order promptly. Once payment has been processed, items in-stock will be dispatched the following day. All orders are expected to be dispatched within 72 hours. In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is unavailable we will endeavour to notify you within 24 hours.

DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are estimated between 1-10 days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location:
1-2 business days – NSW / ACT
2-3 business days – VIC / QLD
4-5 business days – SA / TAS
7-10 business days – WA / NT
*Please allow additional 1-2 business days on top of the above allocated times for regional areas.

While all care is taken in the packaging and postage of your purchase, we will assume no liability for any late delivery.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Costs vary depending on the items purchased and the country being shipped to. To find out the shipping cost prior to ordering, please add products to your cart and on the Shopping Cart page select which country to ship to. Freight is calculated based on volume or Kg whichever is greater.
